Undaunted
It's time to roll up our sleeves, put on our boots and prepare for battle!! We've been intimidated by the enemy and his schemes for way too long! He's lied to us about our current condition, families, health, relationships, and future. At times, the volume of his voice has drowned out the quiet whispers of the Lord. We must realize where the negative reports are coming from and begin to do battle for what belongs to the children of God!
When Jesus was beaten and whipped, He said it was for our healing, so healing belongs to us! When the enemy thought he had defeated Him through His death on the cross, Christ triumphed over him through His resurrection. The enemy was defeated on every level so that we could be victorious! It's time we begin to think, act and fight as children of the Most High God and not as paupers. When the children of Israel entered their promised land, it wasn't just handed over to them, they had to conquer it! It belonged to them, but it was occupied by the enemy! They had to fight for what was rightfully theirs!
There are many promises in the Word of God and many things that "belong" to the Body of Christ, but He is not out to raise spoiled brats but strong and powerful warriors, full of faith and not easily intimidated or insecure. We must have full confidence, not in our strength, but in who we are in HIM!
Read, act upon the Word, and grow in your knowledge of God. Couple that with time interacting with Him, seeking His heart, listening to His voice, resting in His presence and you'll gain the confidence in the power and authority that is within you! Not by your power or might, but ONLY by His Spirit! As you draw close enough to hear Him, you'll find His still small voice will resound over the shout of the enemy. You will then enter and exit the battle, strong, confident, undaunted, full of faith and victorious! 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (NKJV) For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Zechariah 4:6 (KJV) Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Ephesians 6:11-19 (NKJV) Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— Matthew 10:1 (KJV) And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. Luke 10:19 (NKJV) Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 1 Corinthians 15:57 (NKJV) "But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
