Be His Gift!
As we rush through the Christmas Season, buying gifts for family and friends... don't forget the most important gift of all...
Jesus came to earth as a baby to ultimately give His life as a sacrifice for your soul. As we repent and ask Him into our hearts as our Lord and Savior, He abides with us, and He'll be with us for all of eternity... Yes! This precious life in exchange for our sin, pain, and depravity. We are never alone, and we know that no matter what we go through, He will bring us to the other side with comfort, strength, and victory! We can trust Jesus with our lives and every situation.
Take time to become amazed at His beauty and appreciate not just the birth, but the life, love and sacrifice of our King. Thank God the story didn't end in the manger nor on the cross…He rose from the dead and He is alive, powerful and active in our lives!!
IMMANUEL!! GOD WITH US!!!! He did it all just so He could be with YOU!! Even if you feel alone this Holiday Season, know that He's right there and desires your time and presence! A 2-sided intimate relationship where you can actually interact with your Lord and King! You are incredibly loved and were created with a wonderfully unique purpose!
Give Him your heart, life, time, praise and worship... be the gift He is waiting for. He can do so much more with you than you could ever do or imagine... BE HIS GIFT!
John 3:16 (NKJV) For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Matthew 1:21-23 (NKJV) And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins. ”So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”
Luke 2:6-14 (NKJV) So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another, “Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us.”
