Life Changing Trials
Your depth of Spiritual maturity, effectiveness for the Kingdom of God and the amount of lives you will be used to touch, change, and set free may be directly related to the circumstances you are dealing with at this moment. It's the difficult situations in our lives and how we deal with them that molds and shape us into the strong warriors we were created to be. Entire ministry's are birthed through testimonies of hardship and experiencing the love, healing, and deliverance of God in a way that makes them a forerunner in a particular area.
God uses people who have a deeper and unique comprehension of an area of weakness or difficulty. They are used to lead others that are experiencing the same struggles by both their understanding and ability to point them in the direction of their healing and deliverance.
A forerunner is someone who has been where others have been, but have passed the tests that were associated with the trial, grown in the process, have found the way of escape and they are used to point others in that direction. As you read through the Bible you will see there were always difficult tests to pass before promotions.
Praise and worship God in the midst of your trial and ask Him what lessons you need to learn and lives you can be used to touch, not only after you've come through with victory, but right where you are as His purpose is unfolding in your life. There's not a single trial I've been through that has not been used to teach me life changing lessons, drawn me closer to God, and increased my ability to relate to others experiencing similar situations. I don't regret a single one!
The most difficult seasons of your life have the potential to be your greatest victory, testimony and ministry tool! Don't miss the blessings in the midst of the storm.
James 1:2-8,12 (NLT) Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing. If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask Him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Their loyalty is divided between God and the world, and they are unstable in everything they do. God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (NLT) Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
