Just Say Yes!

Psalm 119:60 (NLT) I will hurry, without delay, to obey your commands.

To see God in all of His glory is utterly too much and overwhelming!! As I was blessed with an incredible encounter with Him this morning, I'm simply stunned and amazed that a relationship with one so incredibly all powerful and magnificent, would even be possible... yet, He gave all to close the chasm between us! It's really too much for my mind to comprehend, but my appreciation is more than I can possibly express with meer words or deeds. All I can do is weep in His presence and repent for every doubt, fear and weakness. He's provided way too much for any of that!

So often I hear people say that they know God has asked them to do something, but it's just not comfortable or they don't enjoy it, so they have yet to agree to do it! Really!? Though you do have a choice, there's only one answer to His request...YES! Whatever He says and desires we must do!! There's no living outside of His plans for our lives! The center of His will is the place of total surrender and nothing else will do! Every action and thought must be motivated by the sheer pleasure of obeying and pleasing Him!

Until we push everything else aside and dig deep enough to truly see Him, we will not understand the awe that's experienced before His throne! He is God and we are not! He knows what's best and He can and must be trusted!

We must stop living on this earthly level and begin to live and function from a Kingdom perspective! It brings the fear of the Lord and realization of our depravity without His intervention!!!

There's so much He desires to do in and through us... so many lives to touch and change as a result of our surrender. There's no limit to what He can do if He's given control... just say yes! There's no more time to waste. Whatever He's calling you to do... there's just one correct answer and it's YES, YES, YES!!! SEND ME!!

Matthew 16:24 (KJV) Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

John 11:40 (KJV) Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

Isaiah 6:1-8 (KJV) In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory. And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts. Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged. Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
