Finish Your Race

Psalm 51:12 (TPT) Let my passion for life be restored, tasting joy in every breakthrough you bring to me. Hold me close to you with a willing spirit that obeys whatever you say. Our God is a God of miracles & breakthroughs. He is not a genie in a bottle, submitting to every will and desire we crave. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, He knows your future and His plans for you are better than the ones you can dare to dream. If every plan and desire you have in life only benefits yourself, you are dreaming inward, selfishly, and way too small. Psalm 51 says, "hold me close with a willing spirit that obeys whatever you say." Are we there yet church? What good would it be to obtain everything we want if not a single soul is reached for Christ? Do you know your purpose? Do you know who you are in Christ? Did you know you are more than a conqueror? How long will you continue putting up with depression and defeat? When is the last time you've used your sword against the enemy? Are you even resisting the enemy or are you just welcoming him in? Jesus is coming back soon, what will He find you doing? Take back the territory that was stolen, take back what is rightfully yours! We are the bride of Christ and Jesus is waiting for us to be spotless; allow God to remove the dross from your life. It will require you going through the fire but you will never be alone! Don't allow solitude to become isolation. God is your source and strength! Find your secret place and rest in Him. Abide - we cannot abide if we are removed from the branch. Push through, stand on scriptures, rejoice in the Lord always! (this doesn't say only when things are going your way!) Rejoice! The King is coming back, rejoice! Stand firm! Don't give up, don't give in, don't back down! What do you have to lose? Finish the race, run your course and make an impact on as many people as possible. Share the gospel, tell people what Jesus has done for you. Don't be ashamed, but boldly declare the works of the Lord! 1 Peter 2:9 (TPT) But you are God’s chosen treasure —priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience his marvelous light, and now he claims you as his very own. He did this so that you would broadcast his glorious wonders throughout the world. Romans 8:37 (TPT) Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them all, for God has made us to be more than conquerors, and his demonstrated love is our glorious victory over everything! Matthew 24:14 (TPT ) “Yet through it all, the good news of heaven’s kingdom will be proclaimed all over the world, providing every nation with a demonstration of the reality of God. And after that the end of this age will arrive.”
