Full of Faith
Hebrews 10:36-39 (TPT) You need the strength of endurance to reveal the poetry of God’s will and then you receive the promise in full. For soon and very soon, “The One who is appearing will come without delay!” And he also says, “My righteous ones will live from my faith. But if fear holds them back, my soul is not content with them!” But we are certainly not those who are held back by fear and perish; we are among those who have faith and experience true life!
How beautiful is that? To reveal the poetry of God's will, one must have the strength of endurance. We cannot be weak-willed Christians and expect to live in victory. We must stay the course, persevere, and push through the hard times. God is always on time, He is faithful, His love remains even when we aren't acting right. We cannot be those who are held back by fear, fear is crippling to our destiny. We cannot be afraid of doing greater things. Let's allow our faith to be stretched so God may do all He intends with our lives and so He may be glorified.
Jesus is coming back soon and He is looking for a spotless bride - are you ready? Are you lukewarm? (this is a dangerous place to be, knowing better but not doing what you know is right) Evaluate your relationship with Jesus today, be honest because you are only fooling yourself if you pretend to be better than you are. Is there something holding you back from being completely surrendered to Christ? Was the sacrifice on the cross not enough for you? What more do you want from Jesus? I promise He took care of everything, the only thing that gets in the way of us accepting and receiving all He has is … ourselves. We have to renew our mind (speak the scriptures over your life repeatedly) until we think like God thinks and stop following stinking thinking. Let us not perish because of lack of knowledge and fear but let us be ones who are full of faith and experience true life!
Revelation 3:15-17 (MSG) “I know you inside and out, and find little to my liking. You’re not cold, you’re not hot—far better to be either cold or hot! You’re stale. You’re stagnant. You make me want to vomit. You brag, ‘I’m rich, I’ve got it made, I need nothing from anyone,’ oblivious that in fact you’re a pitiful, blind beggar, threadbare and homeless."
Deuteronomy 6:5 (MSG) Love God, your God, with your whole heart: love him with all that’s in you, love him with all you’ve got!
Hosea 4:6 (NKJV) My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.
