Fear Never Brings a Blessing
When situations arise that that cause you to be fearful, stand firm and call on God. It is with true faith and confidence through Christ Jesus that you can conquer all fear. Just by walking consistently in faith is a sign to Satan that he is doomed for failure, and not you. The apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 1:28 AMP. And do not [for a moment] be frightened or intimidated in anything by your opponents and adversaries, for such [constancy and fearlessness] will be a clear sign (proof and seal) to them of [their impending] destruction, but [a sure token and evidence] of your deliverance and
salvation, and that from God.
Fear comes in many forms and it is because of the world we live in, that fear is all around us. The enemy is always on the prowl causing fear and doubt to those who “listen.” The key is not to listen, but to have faith. When you allow fear to control you, you miss out on blessings. 1 Chronicles 22:13 AMP. Then you will prosper if you are careful to keep and fulfill the statutes and ordinances with which the Lord charged Moses concerning Israel. Be strong and of good courage. Dread not and fear not; be not dismayed.
What should we do when fear rears its ugly head?
Be of positive mind and speak positive words. All negativity is from Satan so throw out the negative and walk in the positive.
Be trusting no matter what. God will help you if you ask. Hebrews 13:6 AMP. The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me?
Be bold and face it. Do it afraid. Physical and emotional symptoms can happen but when we press through those factors, fear will subside.
Be confident because God called you to do it. If fear or doubt is holding you back know that God will not abandon you to face it alone. “I will help you; yes, I will hold you up.”
Be patient and don’t give up. Too many times we quit because we don’t want to wait any longer. If you fear that it’s not gonna happen, then how can it? Hang in there and have faith.
Fear never brings a blessing, but faith always delivers. Remember, fear is from Satan and we should do our best to fight against it. Fight the good fight of faith. Be blessed and be victorious, and refuse to give into fear.
