Dig Deep!

Jeremiah 29:13 (AMP) Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

Are you requiring the Lord as a vital necessity to your life? Think about how our bodies require water each day, when we go without it or exchange our water for something else, we will begin to feel sluggish and tired and lack our natural energy. When we choose to miss a day, a week, or a month with Jesus, our spirits will begin to lack energy, it will become weakened and could even cause us to act in ungodly ways.

Being renewed each day is a great start to living a life full of joy; talking to God each morning about your concerns and what lies ahead, asking Him to help you in difficult situations or tough conversations that need to happen. His strength helps us through, He is more than enough. We need to partner with God to allow the miracles to happen. When we dig deep we will find more and more grace, favor, wisdom, passion and direction through the Holy Spirit.

How deep is your well? Is it overflowing with His love or is it dried to the bone? Do your part and dig deeper each day, before you face the day, take time to talk to the One who can lead you to wells of peace, patience and understanding. Surround yourself in an atmosphere of worship and a keep a heart of praise before Him, be willing to make changes to allow for great results!

Luke 6:47-48 (AMP) Everyone who comes to Me and listens to My words and obeys them, I will show you whom he is like: he is like a [far-sighted, practical, and sensible] man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when a flood occurred, the torrent burst against that house and yet could not shake it, because it had been securely built and founded on the rock.

John 4:14 (AMP) But whoever drinks the water that I give him will never be thirsty again. But the water that I give him will become in him a spring of water [satisfying his thirst for God] welling up [continually flowing, bubbling within him] to eternal life.

1 Chronicles 16:11 (AMP) Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face continually [longing to be in His presence].
