Bright Future Ahead
God gave us scriptures that would encourage us in the midst of the most turbulent storms. We must trust that even though we may feel like we are surrounded by such darkness and gloom that it's hard to find our way, He is still in control. The situations you experience, though they may be painful, have not taken Him by surprise and His plan for you is still intact. Trust Him and as His desires unfold for your life, you will one day look back and be amazed at the fact that you not only survived the crises but you flourished and prospered. The rug may have been pulled out from under you and your world turned upside down but God has you in the palm of His hands and He's not letting go. His ways may seem strange to us at times but He sees the full picture and our current situation may be the catalyst needed to bring about our greatest victory, blessing and testimony. Don't give up! Keep worshiping and trusting Him, pass the tests and receive your strength and encouragement from His Word and presence. When you do that, you'll begin to believe that He will deliver you and your future will be bright!
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him and He will make your paths straight.
John 1:4-5 In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
1 Peter 4:12-13 Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice in as much as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed.
Psalm 3:2-6, 8 Many are saying of me, “God will not deliver him.” But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. I call out to the Lord, and he answers me from his holy mountain. I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me. I will not fear though tens of thousands assail me on every side. From the Lord comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people.
